Through the biennial Quantum Networks Workshop (QuNeW), our wish is to strengthen the quantum networking community and accelerate the development of quantum networking technology. We will do so by bringing together people from all sub-fields of the community for an open exchange of knowledge and discussion of challenges and future opportunities of quantum networks in a broad sense.
The first edition was organised in 2023 near Boston, USA, and the second was organised in 2025 in The Hague, The Netherlands (QuNeW 2025). Building on these successful events, the third edition, QuNeW 2027, is scheduled to be held in Okinawa, Japan.
QuNeW 2027 will be a full 3-day workshop, bringing together 150 academic and industry experts spanning all sub-fields of quantum networks to discuss the latest advances in the field. The program will combine inspiring invited and contributed talks with a poster session for in-depth discussions of latest breakthroughs and ongoing efforts.
