SOMERVILLE, MA–April 7th, 2008 – MagiQ Technologies, Inc., the quantum
solutions company, announced the creation of a new business unit called MagiQ Research Labs (MRL) to serve industrial, commercial and research customers. MRL is made up of a talented group of researchers who provide a broad technical base, which has resulted in the development of a wide spectrum of technologies with applications in both the public and private sectors. These include medical optics, quantum information, fiber sensing, aerospace and defense applications. MRL also contracts directly with government agencies such as the Army, DARPA, and NASA.
