Job Requirement: To develop and assist optical setup for Cold atom-based Gravimeter experiment.
Qualification: PhD in Physics/ Engineering or allied areas.
Tenure: Initially for 1 year but can be extended based on performance and project requirement.

Among many research institutions of FZJ, five of them participate in OpenSuperQ+ https://www.opensuperqplus.eu - the Jülich Supercomputing Centre (JSC), the Institute for Quantum Computing Analytics (PGI-12), the Institute for Quantum Control (PGI-8), the Institute for Theoretical Nanoelectronics (PGI-2) and the Institute for Functional Quantum Computing (PGI-13).

We are pleased to announce a PhD project in quantum information theory and quantum foundations at Université Grenoble Alpes and Institut Néel at Grenoble, France. The focus of the project will be on quantum causal structures, their interface with relativistic causality and applications for information processing in space-time (see project description below).

Applications are invited for a 2-year postdoc position in the Atomic Frequency Standards group at the National Metrological Institute, Turin, Italy (https://labafs.inrim.it/).
