We are looking for a hands-on (Senior) Quantum Cryptography Specialist that is well versed in quantum physics, passionate about making the science work in practice, and who brings in experience in R&D work and technology development. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who enjoys working closely with our multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers and business builders to develop, test, and deploy cutting-edge cryptographic protocols, software and hardware solutions grounded in quantum technologies.

Two senior postdoc positions are available within experimental quantum optics at the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen. The position(s) will be part of the experimental quantum photonics group and the Center for Hybrid Quantum Networks (Hy-Q) headed by Profs. Peter Lodahl and Anders. S. Sørensen. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading and developing the existing activities within coupled quantum emitters and spin-photon interfaces and will be the daily supervisor of the Ph.D. students working on the projects. For experienced applicants the position can potentially be upgraded to a (non-tenure track) assistant professor position after a short time.

One senior postdoc position is available in the theoretical quantum optics group at the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen. The position will be part of the quantum internet alliance which is a European project aiming at building large-scale quantum networks. The postdoc will participate in designing and modelling the prototype quantum internet that is scheduled to be built at the end of the project. Additionally, the successful candidate may work on other activities within the area of theoretical quantum optics, quantum networks and quantum information.

The ArQuS laboratory led by Prof. Francesco Scazza at the University of Trieste and CNR-INO, Italy is looking for well-qualified, highly motivated postdoctoral researcher in experimental quantum simulation and quantum many-body physics with neutral atoms. The group efforts are currently focused on on cooling, trapping and controlling ytterbium atoms with high-precision optical manipulation and spectroscopic techniques, achieving resolution down to the single atom.

We offer a post-doc position in the project carried out in the National Laboratory FAMO within the Sonata Bis 11 programme of the National Science Centre (NCN). The National Laboratory FAMO is a leading Polish research-oriented institution focused on atomic, molecular, and optical physics problems. Currently, several European projects are realized in National Laboratory FAMO, concerning ultra-cold atoms, quantum control, and optical atomic clocks.
