The Theoretical Physics Group in the Department of Physics at the University of Warwick is seeking to recruit an Assistant Professor with an outstanding research track record in one or more relevant areas such as quantum computation, simulation, verification, sensing and imaging. Research plans that mesh closely with on-going activities or those opening new avenues for the Group will be welcome.
Existing groups in Warwick span theoretical and experimental physics (Datta, Newton, Morley, Green) as well as computer science (Gur, Spooner).
Full application details are available here. Informal enquiries can be addressed to Professor Mark Newton, Head of Department (Physics.Head@warwick.ac.uk).
