distributed quantum computing
The Job:
As part of the Algorithms and Distributed Quantum Computing Team in Paris, you will be an integral part of Welinq’s quantum computing research team. You will work on designing quantum algorithms that leverage distributed and multi-core architectures to tackle complex computational challenges. As a Quantum Error Correction Researcher, you will join our growing Quantum Algorithm R&D team to:
CNRS Junior Professor Chair in Quantum Science at the intersection between Physics and Computer Science.
For a joint Mitacs-sponsored research project between IonQ Canada and the University of Toronto, we are looking for postdoctoral fellows with demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: quantum computing, distributed computing, quantum algorithms, and/or quantum simulations. The project will involve the development of quantum algorithms for distributed quantum computers and the development of methods to simulate these algorithms.
We are a research group based at Inria de Saclay and CPHT, Ecole Polytechnique, working at the intersection of Physics, and Computer Science, more precisely Information Theory, Computing, Distributed Computing and Quantum Simulation.
Our research is organized into the following three principal directions:
The project DisQC (Distributed Quantum Computing), is a scientific project funded by the French National Research Agency (ANR) under a JCJC Starting Grant (2022-2025) and coordinated by Giuseppe Di Molfetta at Aix-Marseille University (AMU).
