'''Organizers:''' Immanuel Bloch (MPQ Garching, LMU Munich), Artur Widera (Univ. Bonn)

Quantum gases have evolved to a powerful tool to experimentally address fundamental questions of quantum mechanics during recent years. In particular, key contributions to diverse fields including solid state physics, atomic and molecular physics or quantum information science have been made, and the rapid progress in this vivid field bears the prospect of more to come. This DPG School intends to give an insight to young researchers into the field of quantum gases. The topics will range from the basics to current research topics, and will be presented by renowned experts in these fields.
