Przemysław Michałowski, "An introduction to Qiskit"
Registration (will be open until 16.11.2022 EoD UTC+1): https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe1r2lG165mW323i7_tNWJJUH4vG1V6...
Abstract:
The talk will outline the basics of Qiskit – one of the most popular SDK for quantum computing. The talk will focus on coding in Python using the Qiskit package and Jupyter Notebook IDE. Basic gates, entry-level algorithms and some circuit analysis will be presented. At least a basic understanding of quantum computing is recommended (but not necessary) for better understanding.
BIO:
Przemysław Michałowski is a last-year student of SGH Warsaw School of Economics majoring in Advanced Analytics – Big Data and a QPoland member. His thesis describes the application of Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm for solving the VRP problem. His areas of interest include also machine learning and statistical modelling in predictive and causal analysis.
This meeting is organized by the Quantum AI Foundation.
