A 2-year postdoc position is available in the „Quantum correlation, Foundations, and Quantum Information Theory Group“ lead by Dr. Huan-Yu Ku. The duration of the contract can be extended yearly if the performance is good.

The quantum information theory group at the department of physics, National Taiwan Normal University is looking for a postdoc specializing in, but not limited to, quantum information, quantum optics, quantum entanglement, and Bell nonlocality.
The research performed will be on the project „Quatnum correlation distillation under resource theory“.
The successful candidate can also develop her/his own project with other research groups.

The starting date is flexible. The monthly salary is around 57,000 NTD (~1,900 USD) and there is a bonus of 1.5-month salary at the end of the year. The tax rate for foreigners for the first year is around 18%. For the 2nd year and later, the tax rate is around 12%.
