In the Theory of Cold Atoms group of Prof. Uwe R. Fischer at Seoul National University,
a Postdoc position is open in the field of simulations of curved spacetime (aka analogue gravity).
A sizable track record and publications in analogue gravity research is required.
Topics include, but are not limited to, implementations of analogues of trans-Planckian physics in cosmology and the Hawking radiation of sonic black holes, the quantum backreaction problem in Hawking radiation, information scrambling by and the Page curve of analogue black holes, entanglement of quasiparticles in time-dependent curved spacetimes, and quantum metrology in curved spacetime.
