The Polytechnic University of Bari (Italy) is hiring a postdoctoral researcher in quantum information theory (2-year position).

Applications are invited from motivated candidates with track-record in any area of quantum information theory, including mathematical and foundational aspects, quantum communication theory, quantum cryptography, quantum metrology, quantum computing and machine learning.

The successful candidate will join the Bari Quantum Theory group [ https://www.quantumbari.com ]

This is a 2-year post, funded by the EU through the Quantum Flagship "Quantum Secure Networks Partership" (QSNP, web: https://qsnp.eu/ ).

Net salary: about 1900 €/month
