Postdoctoral position in solid state quantum computing at SUNY Buffalo.
Mankei Tsang invites applications for a postdoctoral fellow position in his group at the National University of Singapore (NUS). The main job of the fellow will be to perform theoretical or experimental research on quantum-inspired microscopy, although they may also be given freedom to work on independent projects that are of mutual interest to both the fellow and the group. For more information about the interests of the group, see https://blog.nus.edu.sg/mankei/.
The Quantum Information Group at Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics, Kyoto University, Japan is looking for a postdoctoral researcher to work on theory of quantum cryptography.
Depending on the qualification, the title of research assistant professor can be given.
The starting date is negotiable (but ideally as soon as possible), and the contract is by the end of March 2024.

We are an interdisciplinary research group in the Institute for Quantum Science and Technology at the University of Calgary. Our research is focused on the reversible quantum interface between the superconducting circuits and quantum optical systems. In our lab we are interested in developing quantum communication technology that is integrable with superconducting processors for building large-scale quantum networks.
Work Environment
The Munich based Volkswagen Data:Lab is the gateway to the newest technology and research for the entire Volkswagen Group, the largest car manufacturer in the world. We fulfill this mission by closely monitoring technology trends, shaping the best of them into products, and carrying out novel research. We are looking to grow the Data:Lab by adding experts in their field who would like to solve today’s most challenging problems and apply the solutions globally.
We are seeking a talented postdoctoral research associate to work on an experimental project looking at evaluating quantum random number generators (QRNGs). This position is funded by the EPSRC’s Quantum Communications Hub and will be based at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) in Teddington (London) in the Quantum Photonics team. The project will involve developing the necessary experimental understanding, expertise and techniques to test quantum photonic QRNGs.

You have some introductory knowledge on the basics of quantum computing and programming and want to learn more? Take part in the Global Quantum Programming Workshop | QSilver and expand your knowledge. During this 1-week workshop, we will take the path through complex numbers to Shor’s Algorithm!
Global Quantum Programming Workshop | QSilver is a one-week online workshop on quantum computing and quantum programming based on the intermediate material Silver prepared by QWorld. The scope of the QSilver workshop covers complex numbers and Bloch sphere, Quantum Fourier Transform and Shor’s Algorithm.
We are looking for highly talented and ambitious candidates for the PhD position starting in October 2021 on Multiphoton Quantum Information
Processing and Sensing (deadline May 4, 2021) at our Quantum Science and Technology Hub
