The school will consist on a series of courses that aim to revise the fundamentals of quantum information, including cryptography, relating them to specific implementations in photonics with emphasis on the added value of reconfigurable devices. The Courses will also discuss the interfaces between different devices.

The quantum group at the University of Malta is seeking one or more PhD students and a post-doctoral researcher to work on the Horizon 2020 project HOT: Hybrid Optomechanical Technologies.
