Welcome to Quantiki
Welcome to Quantiki, the world's leading portal for everyone involved in quantum information science. No matter if you are a researcher, a student or an enthusiast of quantum theory, this is the place you are going to find useful and enjoyable! While here on Quantiki you can: browse our content, including fascinating and educative articles, then create your own account and log in to gain more editorial possibilities.
Add new content, such as information about upcoming quantum events, open positions for quantum scientists and existing quantum research groups. We also encourage to follow us using social media sites.

Dear All,
We are happy to announce a Q+ Hangout for the month of November, on the recent "loophole-free Bell test"! Bas Hensen will tell us about this experiment. As usual, if you are watching with a group and want to reserve a seat in the hangout then leave a comment on the event page:

The Stanford Institute for Theoretical Physics (SITP) invites applications for a postdoctoral scholar position in quantum information science. Areas of interest include core quantum information subjects such as algorithms, communication and fault-tolerance, in addition to connections with other branches of physics. The research group is led by Patrick Hayden, with active participation by other SITP researchers Xiao-Liang Qi (condensed matter), Steve Shenker (high energy theory) and Lenny Susskind (high energy theory).

Applications are invited for a Research Fellow in verification of quantum computations and simulations in the quantum information science group of Dr. Animesh Datta.
The post is available initially for fixed-term duration of 2 years. The starting date is expected to be early in 2016.
You may have noticed that Quantiki has a new look! We’ve rebuilt the site from scratch over the past few months and while we hope to minimise any hiccups with the transition, there will likely be a few on the way.
If you have any queries or bug reports here would be a great place to post them!
