PhD / Postdoc in Q info Theory / Polynomial Optimization
Application deadline:
Monday, December 30, 2024
As part of our QuantERA project COMPUTE, our consortium is looking for PhDs and PostDocs to work in the groups of:
• Marc-Olivier Renou, Inria Saclay (France): one PostDoc position. To apply: https://jobs.inria.fr/public/classic/en/offres/2024-07856
• Mariami Gachechiladze, The Technical University of Darmstadt (Germany). To apply: mariami.gachechiladze[at]tu-darmstadt[dot]de
• Victor Magron, CNRS-LAAS Toulouse (France): one PostDoc position. To apply : https://homepages.laas.fr/vmagron/sujets/compute.pdf
• Igor Klep, University of Ljubljana (Slovenia): two PostDoc positions. To apply : igor.klep[at]fmf.uni-lj[dot]si
• Antonio Acín, ICFO Castelledfels, Barcelona (Spain): one PostDoc positions. To apply: antonio.acin[at]icfo[dot]eu
Applications of excellent profiles in the area of quantum information theory, polynomial optimisation and operator theory are welcome. Short or long terms visits in the groups of the other consortium’s members will be encouraged.
Our project COMPUTE (see https://project.inria.fr/compute/) aims to drive the future development of quantum networks, based on a cross disciplinary approach relying on noncommutative polynomial optimisation methods central to tackling quantum information problems.
