Application deadline:
Tuesday, February 28, 2023
Applications are invited for a three-year postdoc position in the Quantum Light and Matter group (https://www.tcd.ie/physics/research/groups/qlamg) at the School of Physics in Trinity College Dublin. The group has a range of interests, including quantum dynamics, open quantum systems, light-matter interactions, and more. It's a theoretical position focused on ways to control thermodynamic processes in open quantum systems, such as diamond vacancies and superconducting circuits, particularly in the presence of non-Markovian environments. You'd be working at the top University in Ireland in a vibrant department where there's lots going on in quantum technology.
The post is available immediately and applications will be considered until it's filled. You can find more details at https://www.tcd.ie/physics/research/groups/qlamg/positions/. Applications by email (CV+cover letter) to easthamp@tcd.ie. Potential applicants are also welcome to email to arrange an informal discussion.
