The research group of Prof. Bihui Zhu at the Homer L. Dodge Department of Physics and Astronomy and the Center for Quantum Research and Technology at University of Oklahoma in the United States is looking for postdoctoral researchers to join us. The successful candidate will conduct theoretical research focusing on many-body phenomena relevant to near-term quantum platforms using cold atoms. Topics of research include but are not limited to, quantum dynamics, topological phases, and quantum sensing.

A Ph.D. in Physics or a closely related field is required. Candidates with a strong background in quantum many-body theory and experiences in quantum Monte Carlo and tensor network methods are encouraged to apply. An early start date will be preferred.

Interested applicants are encouraged to contact Prof. Zhu directly (email: and provide the following: a cover letter with a brief description of research interest, CV with a list of publications, and the information of at least three references. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the anticipated position is filled.
