Multiple postdoctoral positions are available at the Quantum Information Theory group (led by Joonwoo Bae) at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). The successful candidates will work on fundamental aspects of quantum information theory and their applications to communication and computation. The topics include quantum protocols, entanglement theory, quantum channels, and quantum algorithms.

The expected start date is September 2023. The position is initially given for two years and can be extended depending on the evaluation of the research project. The salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
