The School of Chemistry and Physics and the National Institute for Theoretical Physics (NiTheP) invite candidates to apply for the post of Research Scientist to work in the field of the theory of open quantum systems. The School and NITheP offer a vibrant educational and research environment in Theoretical Physics and have many well established national and international collaborative research links.
The quantum group at the University of Malta is seeking one or more PhD students and a post-doctoral researcher to work on the Horizon 2020 project HOT: Hybrid Optomechanical Technologies. These positions are accompanied by a generous salary, a travel and equipment budget, and are fully funded for three years. We also promise copious sunshine and great beaches.
