quantum walks

PhD opportunities are available for work in quantum information theory at the National University of Ireland, Galway.
The main areas of interest are quantum walks and quantum games, with also possibility of work on quantum coding theory.
Applications are made centrally to the Irish Research Council via www.research.ie, but to discuss possible research topics,
please contact (soon!) Dr. M. Mc Gettrick at michael.mcgettrick@nuigalway.ie

Applications are invited for HARDIMAN PhD Scholarships at the National University of Ireland, Galway: Research areas of interest include quantum walks, quantum games and general quantum algorithms. For initial enquiries, please email michael.mcgettrick@nuigalway.ie

Applications are invited for 2-year postdoctoral position in quantum computation at the National University of Ireland, Galway. We are particularly interested in researchers who would like to work on problems in quantum game theory, quantum walks, or general quantum algorithms. The position carries a salary of 31,275 euro with eligible direct research expenses of 5,000 euro/year. For initial enquiries, please email michael.mcgettrick@nuigalway.ie to discuss research topics.

Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) is a unique English-speaking international graduate only research university located in Skolkovo, just outside of Moscow. Established in collaboration with M.I.T., Skoltech is an integral part of the Skolkovo Innovation Center that comprises a complete high-tech city with a number of international R&D centers and start-up incubators, several of which are focused on quantum technology.

Skoltech's Quantum Software Initiative is lead by Jacob Biamonte.
