We are currently offering two PhD positions to highly motivated and well-qualified students who intend to enhance their career on the intersection of quantum many-body theory and quantum information science. The successful candidates will work as part of the research group led by Jens Eisert at the FU Berlin, in collaboration with that of Emil Bergholtz at the FU Berlin and in Stockholm. Applications are sought for a PhD studentship in condensed matter theory funded by the SEPnet collaboration. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Dr. J. Quintanilla at the Science and Technology Facilities Council’s Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (RAL). There will be opportunities to collaborate with experimentalists working on these subjects at RAL’s ISIS neutron and muon source and with other theorists in the SEPnet collaboration.
