experimental quantum photonics
We are actively seeking exceptional applicants for a postdoctoral
position in the Ultrafast Quantum Photonics (UQP) group in Ottawa. The
successful candidate will join a vibrant team of postdoctoral
researchers, students, and staff scientists working in state-of-the-art
laboratories at the National Research Council (NRC) and the University
of Ottawa.
Two senior postdoc positions are available within experimental
quantum optics at the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen.
The position(s) will be part of the experimental quantum photonics group
and the Center for Hybrid Quantum Networks (Hy-Q) headed by Profs. Peter
Lodahl and Anders. S. Sørensen. The successful candidates will be
responsible for leading and developing the existing activities within
coupled quantum emitters and spin-photon interfaces and will be the
daily supervisor of the Ph.D. students working on the projects. For
experienced applicants the position can potentially be upgraded to a
(non-tenure track) assistant professor position after a short time.
