24-month Post-doc position will be devoted to the study of fundamental bounds and optimal protocols in quantum metrology in presence of correlated noise models in optical and atomic systems both in single and multiparamter problems.
Post-doc position will be financed under the project “Correlated Noise Effects in Quantum Metrology” financed by the Polish National Science Center under OPUS programme.

The Algorithms & Complexity group at IRIF (CNRS, Université Paris-Cité) in Paris (France) invites applications for multiple fully funded PhD positions and postdoc positions (1-3yrs) to work on the theory of quantum computing.
The group has expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum complexity theory, and includes permanent members Simon Apers, Iordanis Kerenidis, Sophie Laplante and Frédéric Magniez. In case of interest, there are opportunities to collaborate with industrial partners.
