24-month Post-doc position will be devoted to the study of fundamental bounds and optimal protocols in quantum metrology in presence of correlated noise models in optical and atomic systems both in single and multiparamter problems.

Post-doc position will be financed under the project “Correlated Noise Effects in Quantum Metrology” financed by the Polish National Science Center under OPUS programme.

Research Associate position for supporting the development and demonstration of continuous variable-based quantum key distribution (CVQKD) transmitter and receiver for free-space and atmospheric channels. The Algorithms & Complexity group at IRIF (CNRS, Université Paris-Cité) in Paris (France) invites applications for multiple fully funded PhD positions and postdoc positions (1-3yrs) to work on the theory of quantum computing.

The group has expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum complexity theory, and includes permanent members Simon Apers, Iordanis Kerenidis, Sophie Laplante and Frédéric Magniez. In case of interest, there are opportunities to collaborate with industrial partners.

One postdoctoral research position is available in the Department of Mathematics to work with Asst. Prof. Cihan Okay on the "Foundations of quantum computational advantage" project funded by the European Union. Applications are encouraged from candidates working on areas related to quantum computing and polyhedral computation. Further details of the project are available at http://cihan.okay.bilkent.edu.tr/.

A post-doctoral position is open at the Interdisciplinary Research Institute of Grenoble (IRIG) of the CEA Grenoble (France) on the theory and modeling of silicon/germanium spin quantum bits (qubits). The selected candidate is expected to start early 2023, for up to three years.
