Our scholarship program offers an array of research projects spanning quantum science and technology across our partner universities.

SQA PARTNERSHIP PhD SCHOLARSHIP: Undertake research projects co-designed and supervised by researchers from UNSW Sydney and Australia's national science agency, CSIRO. To apply, you will need a relevant research proposal and endorsement from a specific research supervisor.

SQA PhD SCHOLARSHIP: Explore a range of projects available at UNSW Sydney, University of Technology Sydney, Macquarie University or University of Sydney or search our database of Sydney Quantum Experts on our website to find a potential supervisor for your research area of interest.

NEXT GENERATION QUANTUM GRADUATE PROGRAM: Participate in industry-engaged research projects and undertake a six-month industry placement with companies helping to develop new quantum technologies and approaches like Diraq, BTQ Technologies Australia, Eigensystems and KPMG. To apply, you will need a relevant research proposal and endorsement from the related supervisor. These scholarships are made possible by CSIRO’s Next Generation Quantum Graduates Program.

**Domestic students include Australian citizens, permanent residents, a person entitled to stay in Australia, or to enter and stay in Australia, without any limitation as to time and a New Zealand citizen.
