The Quantum Digital Twin Masterclass aims to bring together specialists in quantum simulation, tensor networks, and quantum materials to explore the future prospects of large-scale quantum simulators and the development of customized tools for emulating these devices at increasing number of qubits. This event will feature two research-intensive days, bringing leading academics and industry representatives, to showcase recent advancements in these fields.

It was June 7, 1925, that Werner Heisenberg left for the North Sea island of Helgoland wanting to find some rest after a bad attack of hay fever. It was one of these nights that Heisenberg 'invented' modern quantum mechanics. He wrote later in his book 'Der Teil und das Ganze': "It was about three o'clock at night when the final result of the calculation lay before me. At first I was deeply shaken. I was so excited that I could not think of sleep. So I left the house and awaited the sunrise on the top of a rock."

QuAMP is a biennial international conference on Quantum, Atomic and Molecular Physics. QuAMP 2025 will be held at the Urban Sciences Building at Newcastle University, located on the Newcastle Helix regeneration site in the heart of the city. The meeting will cover phenomena associated with ultra-cold atomic gases, quantum technologies and quantum information, quantum and non-linear optics, and precision measurements.

The Rydberg atom platform has proven to be a key contributor in modern physics, providing insights into how collective behavior arise from the interactions among the building blocks of a quantum system. In view of the expanding scope of research in Rydberg physics, the Functionalities Of Rydberg Matter (FORM2025) workshop aims to exclusively bring together young researchers and students to share their recent findings in relevant research topics (see below).

The main focus of this school is quantum communications ranging from quantum key distribution (the most advanced quantum technology) to quantum internet (the future goal of quantum platform).
