We are looking for PhD students to join the quantum information science group of Animesh Datta at the University of Warwick.
1. One position on Sources and signatures of quantum enhanced information processing starting in October 2016. Some flexibility within the areas of research is possible. Deadlines for application are typically in January. Scholarships are available for exceptional international students.
2. One position on Processing and Controlling Quantum Information in NV Centre Architectures starting October 2016. This position is supported by the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Diamond Science & Technology and includes collaborations with Daniel Burgarth (Aberystwyth) and Johsua Nunn/Ian Walmsley (Oxford). Deadlines are flexible, but interviews will be held from end of January 2016 onwards. The position is typically for UK/EU students, but international students are encouraged to get in touch.
3. One position on Integrated Quantum Photonics is available for students from Singapore, funded by the A*STAR. Interested candidates should get in touch to explore possibilities.
