1. About Research Center
The Research Center for Quantum Computing (CQC) performs research under Peng Cheng Laboratory (PCL), located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. It focuses on quantum computing theory and offers more than 100 positions including scientists and engineers. CQC and Shenzhen Institute for Quantum Science and Engineering will host QIP 2020 (http://www.szpclab.com/qip2020#/homepage). To welcome talents domestically and internationally, a competitive compensation package will be provided at CQC. For example, the annual salary for a postdoc will be at least 500, 000 RMB (around 74,000 USD), including 180,000 RMB tax free income.

Our research center is interested in the following research topics:
- quantum algorithms, quantum machine learning, quantum software, quantum computational complexity, quantum computing, quantum information, quantum cloud
3.Qualification
1) PhD degrees in the fields of computers, physics, mathematics, materials, electronics, or related specialties are needed. Research background in quantum computing, quantum software and algorithms are preferred.
2) Influential high-level research papers published in international professional journals.
3) Quantum information/quantum computing theorists interested in the topics above or
4) Classical computer scientists interested in exploring the connections between classical and quantum computer science.
4. Compensation Benefits For 1000 Young talents
I. Salary and Benefits
a. Globally competitive salary;
