We are pleased to announce that Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS) located in Daejeon, South Korea is seeking to fill a theory postdoc position and master/PhD student positions. Our institution keeps searching for a highly motivated, well-qualified, and independent scientist who has a keen interest in theoretical quantum information science, including but not limited to quantum sensing, metrology, computation, algorithm, and simulation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their academic career within a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment, allowing for diverse opportunities to work with other theorists and experimentalists at KRISS or other places in Korea.

For a postdoc position, the initial term of the appointment is two years (1+1) with a flexible starting date. The position is renewable on a yearly basis contingent upon funding and successful performance. This position will remain open until filled. To be considered for this position, applicants should have obtained a Ph.D. degree within the last five years or soon to be completed in physics, mathematics, computer science, or related fields.
