Description
We seek up to three highly motivated and skilled researchers (postdocs or engineers) to join our Quantum Information group at NUS Engineering to work on experimental quantum communication.
The successful applicant is expected to focus on, but not limited to, (1) the development of experimental schemes for quantum secure communication and quantum integrated photonics devices, and (2) the development of high-speed electronics and control systems for quantum communication.
The successful applicant should be available to commence work on 1st April 2019
Qualifications
Requirements:
A recognized PhD / Masters / Bachelor degree in related physics or engineering field; specifically in experimental physics or electrical and computer engineering.
Possess good knowledge and experience in implementing state-of-the-art quantum key distribution systems.
For research engineer positions, ideally have at least 2 years’ of relevant hands-on experience in high-speed electronic design and testing, mainly on low noise amplifiers and FPGA development.
Salary and position will commensurate with applicant’s experience.
