Dr. Miguel Navascués got his PhD at the Institute of Photonic Sciences (ICFO), Barcelona. He has held a number of postdoctoral positions (Imperial College London, Complutense University of Madrid, University of Bristol, Autonomous University of Barcelona) and a professorship (Bilkent University, Ankara). Currently he is a group leader at the Institute of Quantum Optics and Quantum Information (IQOQI), Vienna.
