Scholar Books is a mini (a length scale smaller than 'nano') start-up publisher founded by a physicist on chomage since 2004AD. The founder has published many scientific papers but never got a penny from his publication, not even a position. Because he needs some food, he switched to write books and get money. He had got real income from his publishing company. However small amount that might be, it is honest, tangible money from his hard-working. He had a huge collection of books. If he can become a millionaire, he will establish a physics institute and have a library comparable with the British Library or the Congress Library. He started from an initial investment of less than Euro 100, if not zero. Before 2004 we cannot even afford printing a page in a public library. Thanks for those who supported us, we have gradually had no problem to make our budget balance. At the beginning of 2007, our customer number has grown to an amount out of the memory capacity of any human being. We built our own database. Our customer ranges from Australia, Austria, Canada, Chile, England, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands (Pays-Bas), Oman, Spain, South Korea, Switzerland to the united states. We remember our mission. We are trying to be a good business man by improving customer satisfaction with reliable shipping, lower price and good books. We treasure the friendship of our customer. Our current research interests are in 1. quantum mechanics, in particular quantum information theories 2. acoustics of musical (violins) and medical (stethoscope) instruments 3. physics of photosynthesis and solar energy harvesting with meta-material 4. medicine and medical physics, in particular ondontology, traumatic brain injury recovery, bedsores recovery (instead of prevention and operation, I want to grow them back), methods to wean from ventilators with emphasis in traditional Chinese medicine, regeneration and therapy even for the elderly.
