I am working on quantum information in Sharif University of Technology in Tehran, Iran. In my group there are three other researchers, who have been my graduate or undergraduate students. They are Laleh Memarzadeh, Ali Rezakhani and Sadegh Raisei who work independently on their problems and have their own students. In total our group consists of some 25 undergraduate and graduate students. The biannual conference series IICQI (http://iicqi.sharif.ir) is organized jointly by me and Barry Sanders. I consider myself mainly an educator and a freelance researcher working on problems which interests me at the moment. Many times these problems are not related with quantum information and when they are, they vary.
