quantum information

We have openings for talented early-career scientists with strong track record in experimental and theoretical quantum physics and are ready to take up a leadership role in the group to spearhead new research initiatives. As part of the team, there will be ample opportunity to explore your own ideas and participate in grant-writing processes.

Potential projects for experimentalist include: bosonic superconducting quantum systems, quantum error correction, materials for quantum computing, implementation of quantum algorithms on qudits, and many more!

The Polyquantique research group led by Nicolás Quesada specializes in quantum photonics and quantum information. The group is looking for highly motivated candidates at all levels (graduate students, postdocs) with expertise or interest in quantum photonics, quantum information, quantum optics, quantum metrology, quantum error correction, topological photonics or machine learning.

About the group

Welcome to Qove Laboratory! We are a research team located at the National University of Singapore and focused on designing and building Quantum Technologies with an emphasis on Quantum Networks. Our experimental platforms include superconducting circuits, rare-earth ions in solid-state and integrated photonics. Contact us to know more about our exciting projects and how you can be a part of it!

The Technology Innovation Institute (TII) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is a newly-established, top-funding state initiative that aims at becoming a major international hub for Science & Technology (https://www.tii.ae/). The Quantum Research Centre (QRC) at TII has recently launched world-class theoretical and experimental research groups on different quantum technologies (https://quantum.tii.ae/about-us-quantum).

Successful candidates will work in a team of theorists and experimentalists on fundamental properties of quantum systems, such as quantum coherence and entanglement, and their applications in quantum technologies, such as quantum metrology, sensing, communication, and computation.
