PostDoc

My group at Imperial College London has a postdoc opening working on quantum metrology experiments, funded by the European Commission Horizon:2020 Future & Emerging Technologies project, STORMYTUNE: Spectral-temporal Metrology with Tailored Quantum Measurements.

See the link for details: https://www.imperial.ac.uk/jobs/description/NAT01054/research-associate-...

A postdoc position is available in the Quantum Technology Group at Queen's University Belfast to work on aspects of quantum networking.

We are looking for an enthusiastic scientist with a strong research experience in one or more of the following areas: theoretical quantum optics, open quantum systems, condensed matter physics, quantum information processing, and quantum technologies.

The position is available for 3 years, with a starting date as soon as possible. Applications will have to be submitted through

Do you want to be part of the 2nd quantum revolution? Do you want to bring photonic technologies to a single quantum level? Do you want to build novel photonic quantum processors?

PhotonQ aims at building a photonic quantum processor and create novel methods for efficient photonic information processing.

The Polyquantique research group led by Nicolás Quesada specializes in quantum photonics and quantum information. The group is looking for highly motivated candidates at all levels (graduate students, postdocs) with expertise or interest in quantum photonics, quantum information, quantum optics, quantum metrology, quantum error correction, topological photonics or machine learning.

About the group

Two Postdoc and two PhD positions are now available in our group, focus areas are quantum algorithms and complexity theory, broadly speaking.

Details here: Openings

Deadline: Feb 11, 2022 (feel free to inquire after this date in case a position remains open)
