We are looking for excellent PhD students and postdocs to join our group (www.barzgroup.de) at the University of Stuttgart and the Center for Integrated Quantum Science and Technology (www.iqst.org).

You are interested in:
- Integrated quantum optics and quantum information processing
- International collaborations
- Interdisciplinary research at the intersection of physics, engineering, computer science, mathematics

The Quantum Science and Technology Group led by Prof. Adolfo del Campo at the Donostia International Physics Center (DIPC) and the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU) is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral research associate in the area of nonequilibrium quantum dynamics.

Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in physics or a related field and ideally have a strong background in theoretical quantum physics, statistical mechanics and quantum technologies.

In the Physics Department of the University of Cologne, the laboratory of Prof. Yoichi Ando works in the field of topological matter and is trying to realize topological quantum computing. To address this goal, three key elements -- materials synthesis, nanodevice fabrication, and ultra-low-temperature measurements --- are synergistically performed in the same lab. Multiple Postdoc and PhD positions are available within the newly-granted Cluster of Excellence “ML4Q” (Matter and Light for Quantum Computing) as well as the ERC Advanced Grant “MajoranaTopIn”.

We are seeking candidates for possibly renewable one-year post-docs
and research engineers on a relatively broad spectrum of subjects
related to quantum computation. We are looking for candidate with
expertise ranging from formal methods, language design and semantics
to numerical methods applied to quantum circuit synthesis and
emulation of quantum computation. A (non-exhaustive) list of keywords:

The quantum computing group at Argonne National Laboratory is seeking postdoctoral candidates in quantum computing. We are interested in strong candidates with expertise in various aspects of quantum computing, including quantum algorithms, quantum distributed systems, quantum networking, quantum simulations, or quantum error correction. Positions are available immediately, though candidates should be available no later than July 2019.
