We are happy to announce the availability of PhD positions at the University of Nottingham in the area of Quantum Technologies / Ultracold Mixtures. We are working on two exciting projects in our lab, one is an atom-photon interface with Caesium atoms based on an atom chip structure, the other one is on ultracold Bose-Fermi mixtures using Lithium-6 and Caesium-133 atoms. LiCs mixtures are extremely interesting for non-equilibrium studies, impurity physics and ultracold molecules.
