The theory group at Forschungszentrum Juelich is looking for highly motivated candidates to fill a fully-funded Ph.D. position.
It is a fully-funded Ph.D. position focusing on theoretical aspects of large-scale quantum processors using machine learning. Dr. Ansari will supervise the projects and may involve collaborations with leading experimental groups.

The Quantum nanophotonics Laboratory is offering several PhD and Post-doctoral positions to woek in the topics described below. The Quantum Nanophotonics Laboratory is a recently established laboratory sited in the vibrant city of San Sebastian in Northern Spain. The laboratory focuses in the interaction of quantum light and matter and is pursuing several research lines including quantum sensors, scattering of light from small particles, quantum communications, quantum levitation, optical trapping and fluorescence microscopy.

The theoretical division of Quantum Algorithms, directed by Prof. Leandro Aolita, at the Quantum Research Centre (QRC) of the Technology Innovation Institute (TII), in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, together with the Quantum Technology Research Group, directed by Junior Professor Martin Kliesch, at the Theoretical Physics Department of the Heinrich-Heine University of Düsseldorf (HHU), Germany, is seeking a highly talented and motivated candidate for a PhD position in quantum algorithms and quantum computation theory.

The research group of Professor Wen Wei Ho at the Department of Physics, National University of Singapore (NUS), is seeking highly motivated candidates at the PhD student and postdoctoral levels, with expertise and interests in theoretical nonequilibrium quantum many-body physics, quantum information science, as well as quantum simulation and computation. The positions are to begin Aug 2022 but the start-date is flexible.
